Returns & Exchanges
At Adela Valore, each piece is individually crafted and personalized to order. As such, all customized items are considered final sale.
We accept returns only in the rare event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original packaging and tags must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Personalized and custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged once production has been completed, except in cases of damage or error.
Requesting a Return

If your request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label along with detailed return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages or Errors
We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue with care and priority.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
